Troutdale's mix of older, established properties near the historic downtown and newer construction closer to the freeway means we rarely do the same job twice here. Mature landscaping on an older lot needs a different touch than a blank-slate yard on new construction — one is about restoring and working around what's already there, the other is building from scratch. We treat those as two different jobs, not one template.
